Just wrapped up a short one night stay at this property.
It was definitely underwhelming and not up to rooms price level.
Location is really not my favorite, not only because I don't like Times Square but also because getting there with a car is a nightmare of traffic in the afternoons. Fortunately it was not the case when I headed out to LGA the morning after.
No doorman when I arrived, no acknowledgment of the staff when you enter the property (valet was looking at his phone).
Very minimalistic check-in experience, late check-out proactively offered but that's about it. Of course no upgrade, no presentation of the amenities, "Elevators on the left" and that's it. I did not behave like I was in a rush, so I guess this was pretty standard.
I booked the entry level suite, that is more a large room than a suite, but the balcony overlooking at Times Square is a nice touch.
Very low housekeeping standards, multiple long hairs on the floor.
Noise from Times Square could prevent light sleepers to have a good night.
Did not have time to visit the restaurant for breakfast, but already experienced it before and it's quite nice.
I won't be back.
