AMEX Travel is a travel agency so any changes or cancellations would need to be done via the travel agency.
You'd still get whatever you're entitled to from Delta.
You'd need to review AMEX Travel rules to see if they charge an agent booking fee and/or cancellation fee.
AMEX Travel (I think) uses the Expedia backbone/backplane/GDS, right?
