This is correct, but the benefit is not limited to Globs... Since GoH awards are earned by reaching Milestones starting at 40 nights, the giver who will get the 1 EQN does not have to be a Glob. There's extensive discussion of this (and other recent changes) here, and that's probably a better place to continue this specific topic ...
