No, but if you go through Fast Track 3 (at the very end of the terminal) – there is a sliding door that grants you access to the normal immigration hall 3 where you can use the eGate, once you cleared security.
As far as I can recall there isn't one in Hall 1 (where most pax from Rows A-M use) unfortunately.
