As a UA Platinum member checking in with UA, you're entitled to a minimum of three bags at 32kg / 70lbs, regardless of class of service or destination. Even if you were terminating at HNL, you'd get 3 bags. The fact that you're containing on to an ANA flight in PE is not relevant.
