Thanks for everyone's input. Greatly appreciated. My older child decided she didn't want to take any day off from school, so I'm only going to bring my younger kids.

Does anyone have experience going around the 2nd week of October? I heard it's the shoulder rainy season. How bad is the rain usually at this time?
