Most Expensive Hyatt Properties Bookable on Points?

Hi all,

New FTer here so I hope that I'm posting in the correct place. I recently transitioned to Hyatt from Hilton in the past year. I have stayed about 120 nights in total, 0 nights being redeemed with points. Of course, my Hyatt targeted offer for this quarter had to be a 20% back offer on nights booked with points.

My original plan was to save all my points for a crazy luxurious month long stay in Japan. I was originally going to pass on this offer but I feel like this might be a pretty good opportunity to book a hotel that I normally wouldn't book with cash and get a little rebate. This leads to my question, what are some hotels with extremely high cash rates, that are bookable on points last minute for about 5 consecutive nights? For example, Park Hyatt Paris usually does not go under $1,500 a night, which was one of the hotels I was thinking about. Alila Big Sur also seemed like a good option but has no last minute point availability and definitely not for 5 consecutive nights. Park Hyatt NYC is a lovely property but I have stayed here before for about $700 a night and would rather pay cash than pay with points. I'm pretty flexible on the location, so please share some of your favourite top properties!
