Sapphire Preferred not showing as an option in branch
Hi Everyone,

I downgraded from CSP to Freedom Flex about 8 days back. I then went to a Chase branch to apply for CSP to get the 85k offer. It has been more than 48 months since I received the bonus. I am currently 2/24.

However, the banker was not able to see CSP as an option for me while applying for a credit card. They asked to me to call the Sapphire line which I did. The rep said that he’s not sure why that’s happening and recommended I apply online.

Looking for advise / data points on:
1. Any reason why the banker is not able to CSP as an option for me?
2. Since the banker did not see CSP as an option, is there a possibility that my online CSP application will be denied or require additional processing?
