On April 9, I received an email that my Global Entry was expiring.
Finally got around to logging in and completing the online forms on May 1.
On Friday May 3, I received an email that the status had changed...logged in to see that it was approved.

I've had Global Entry since 2014 and have only had an in-person, "interview," the very first time. This was my 2nd renewal, and no problems. Still haven't received the new card, but I'm not in a rush.
