I have no idea what it was because there were no menus but it was described as beef stew with rice. It was the tastiest meal I've had in Club Europe for a long time and I believe catered from CAI rather than LHR. Initially I missed the cheese but it was quite refreshing to have the fruit between the main and dessert, which I think was a mango panna cotta.
