Question unrelated to AA specifically, but I'll try it here: Wife and I are both Pre-Check and mom is coming with us on a trip this summer. She doesn't have any KTN or status, but I'm EP and we're all on the same PNR.

Mom is handicapped (wheelchair for this trip, walker most of the time), and hasn't flown in ages, so I'm wondering if there are any options available to us to get her in a priority line while we do pre-check, or to get us all through together in one way or another apart from the common line? I'm not sure what the procedures are for folks who need extra help.

Wife and I are so accustomed to breezing through, it's been a long time since I had to navigate other options.
