My card doesn’t have any flying blue number on it. I’m trying to figure if they actually created a FB number for me. My FB account also does not show the 60XP.
I’m getting the run-around between Flying Blue and BoA.. I’ve met all the minimum spends, my CC statement is showing I’ve earned 70k+ miles, however absolutely nothing (no XP or miles) is showing up on my Flying Blue account.
Called both BoA and FB, multiple times, FB says they don’t see the CC associated with my account, BoA rep basically says they don’t know what to do, refused to take my FB account. I even asked FB to look up if there is an alternate account under my name, emails, DoB, nothing..
No FB number is printed on my CC, statement doesn’t have any FB numbers.. I don’t know what to do now..
