A couple other in the thread seem to agree that they find the beds uncomfortable.
possible because your based in Zurich and I am in London? It’s a preference matter and your used to this style of bed?
since you never had a problem you have never complained? The duty manager was really rude, and sarcastic.
He said why would they apologise if they did nothing wrong and did you expect housing keeping to fly there ? (After I waited 20 minutes for housekeeping).
