The "one bottle of Krug per sector policy" started in January 2024 after SQ and Krug didn't find any other solution in terms of quantity. I complain before and after every flight and they don't load any extra ever. They are trying to save some of the Krug bottles that are returned to SIN. This may allow them to load a second bottle for long Suites flights like LHR.

As indicated above, my last SQ F flight was in 2023 and there was plenty of Krug available. So my memory still serves
On the flight in 2023, I stopped after three bottles. One bottle for the whole F cabin is ridiculous, no matter how short or long the "long-haul" flight is
