How long before a flight can bags be checked in with Cathay?
We have an afternoon flight with Cathay from HKG, I assume that we can check our bags in at the airport first thing in the morning (we will be staying locally) ?

We will also want to store our hand luggage and plan to use the Baggage Storage facility at the airport, assume this is open 24 hours a day?
