We're not exactly talking very far out, with the NW24 schedule set to begin in late October, especially for VFR bookings that this route is somewhat dependent on. If CX is going to only add a second flight 1+ month out, they might not need it because most pax that would've filled that second flight will have booked UA or other airlines.
