Yes, that is it. You have to remove the dash. KE PNRs (also known as SVNs?) are 8 digits (the dash is not a part of it, it's there just for display purposes).
Alternatively, KE also accepts a 6 character alphanumeric PNR.
I'm not typing in the dash. It actually wont let me type a dash if I try to. I enter the first 6 digits. When I try to enter a seventh digit, a red error message pops us that reads "Please check the data you entered".
