Fiasco at this location earlier this afternoon. The line for pickup must have been over an hour long, and everyone at all status levels was being shunted into the same line (they literally had a sign that said "All National, including Executive and EE, must get in the line". I do not know if they didn't have cars, or just not enough staff. I bailed - had local meetings that I was going to miss if I waited. Speed & convenience are the top reasons I rent with National - today at SNA it was more like those Hertz lines from various blogs during the pandemic.
