My lackluster experience with the concierge team has been consistent over several years, including when Adrian was in charge. Prior to one visit I received emails from Adrian that were so baffling in their condescending tone and complete indifference to what were minor requests that had been bungled by his team that the GM had to step in. I found the prior Front Office Manager to be an absolute star but she departed at the end of last year. Regardless, my corporate rate is so favorable that it would take a lot to convince me to stay elsewhere.

thanks for sharing this. Seems he had/has two sides -- should not happen, despite his accomplishments. Sad to hear. How is the new GM/AVP? Philippe Leboeuf was special and kept standards high.
