How is this being integrated with E-Z Pass? I see the fees are 50% higher without it, and there's a note to make sure your account is updated with your latest license plate number. What about us non-car owners who have our own E-Z Pass to avoid the rental agencies fees and up-charges on occasional rentals? Are the congestion zone sensors based on license plates only, or will they read the transponder?
