I’d take any curry spicy or not, meat or vegetable over pork anyday!

I despise pork, but that pork does look absolutely abysmal and even a non pork eater I know it shouldn’t be soggy. How on earth can they make it crispy though? Surely when they oven heat things they are covered which will create steam?
