When the price drops its much more annoying to call the Chase and ask them to contact the cruise line for the drop. Not the worst but always annoying
Kosher food request is always a crap shoot on how it goes through Chase too. Must dont seem to know what to do and who to talk to and what to say, but when I call the cruise line directly its handled in minutes. Calling direct this is under 5 minutes but going through a TA I have somehow never done this in under an hour.
