I have a CitiBusiness card and noticed that I only got Loyalty Points credited to my account this month. The RDM may have been credited to my AAdvantage Business Account instead. This programme is not going to fly with me because there is zero point zero customer service to ask any of these questions of. There's only an annoying little chat widget that doesn't bring you a live agent. Booking through the Business portal is especially annoying when you have to change your reservation. Only then do they have agents who are only able to assist you half of the time (the rest of the time is spent shrugging their shoulders).
P.S. I've since confirmed this to be the case. I don't know why AA decided to make this programme so damn difficult, but I want out.
