I wouldn't worry about the connection times. Yes Heathrow is busy, but 1:50 is plenty of time to connect within T5 assuming your flight from NCL is on time, and if it is late and you miss you connection as a result, BA will have to rebook you onto a later flight. LHR-JFK is easy for that since there are so many flights between the two, so won't be an issue. Between BA and their alliance partner AA there are like 15 flights a day between LHR and JFK, and since yours is in the middle of the day, there will be plenty of later ones.
