Called to inquire IHG Select. Got Philippines call center. First rep had no clue what retention offer meant. Asked to be transferred to US-based rep but still got another Philippines rep, who played the "let me check" game and then came back said no offer.
Would make one more call before paying the AF. Card got retention offer 2 years ago so I thought this year it might have one again. Keep the card primarily due to the 10% rebate.
