Fast Track meant that I didn't have to queue to scan my BP, but I had to join the regular queue for the scanners. I got several "How dare you skip the line. I won't let you in front of me" looks. Not the best experience
I was able to experience JAL's private security for First Class pax. It is hidden behind a First Class "check-in" area and mini lounge. I was escorted there from the regular check-in area. I was the only passenger in the security area. After security, I was on my own but there was no line at passport control when I used the auto gates.

Ranking just the seat itself, I would say top 3.
#1 is still Emirates New First.
#2 Etihad A380 Apartments
#3 JAL A350-1000
#4 Singapore A380 Suites
#5 Air France La Première
Overall First Class experience including food, wines, lounges and the overall ground experience.
#1 Air France La Première
#2 Emirates New First, then Old First
#3 Singapore A380 Suites, then 77W First
#4 Swiss First

LOL. It does appear that quick 2 days trips are exempt from the quarterly restrictions.
