In all seriousness, that is one of the most absurd statements I've heard in a while. Now, a whole plane's worth of people knows if you throw a tantrum, you can get away with things. Of course, it's never as simple as "Give us your bag, or we'll offload you", but a policy to deal with these DYKWIAs is needed when it happens this often.
