Mobile boarding pass won't email or add to apple wallet
I checked in for DPS-BKK on my mobile and the checkin process worked smoothly. However, when you click "email my boarding pass" it says it has emailed a pass but one never comes. There are two of us on two separate tickets and we are both experiencing the same thing. When we click "add to apple wallet" it just displays a bunch of random characters.
I assume this is because they don't issue mobile boarding passes flying out of DPS but would appreciate any insight.
