Ugh, boo.

I assume the zone definition was intentional? Like now you can't take the 59th St Bridge from the UES/UWS to LGA without getting hit by the congestion zone fee, whereas that used to be a way to get to/from LGA without any toll (as opposed to triborough or midtown tunnel). Though I think inbound to Manhattan one of the routes lets you off the 59th St. bridge onto 63rd (I think) so you *can* avoid it in one direction only?
