A320neos were previously based at Terminal 3 (to my knowledge) but after the pandemic this hasn't been happening anymore - as more of the type gets delivered I would assume this change would happen.
They were based exclusively at T3 when they were first delivered for around year or so. They all moved to T5 pretty quickly once they had a few more in service.
