Feb HEL-ATH-HEL 1 cleared one did not
march VIE-ATH-HEL did not clear
May TLL-ATH Cleared ATH-HEL did not.

They have bombed me with emails for uograde challenge for all these flights up untim check in time, suprisingly all upgrade challenge emails are in. Greek only....

I did not try to upgrade the intra greek flights since no real point or value there. On two flights I had a friend who got thegopgrade via challenge while mine got denied...

In previous years uogrades went through by check in time 95% but now seems to not work so great.

A3 economy is not that bad but honestly if the perks they offer dont work whats the point... i know most will disagree and thats ok this is just my skewed point of view I noticed FR flies direct to SKG which is my usual destination so I may just slum it there for a test run flew them to VIE once it wasnt terrible, I survived 😂

I have considered star a niche program for me for a long time and most likely I will stick with ST and OW in 2026 when my A3 gold runs out, I just need to spend my miles before then.

If upgrades dont go through they could atleast allow free seat selection on all fares to A3 Gold that would ease the pain 😂🤷‍♂️
