The point is that others can do it so anything listed here about how hard it is can be disregarded as an excuse. Give me a month and a budget and I could improve this. It's just a process. And I know nothing about running an airline. If BA wanted to sort this out, they could. This is another example of a business accepting mediocre service because the bookings keep coming. But in 5-years time when the LH fleet arrivals restore seat numbers to pre-covid capacity, I am speculating that filling all those seats with a decent return may be harder as people defect to those airlines that didn't sit on their hands wailing about the effects of Brexit,
