It's sometimes tempting, on returning home with heavy bags after a long trip to Asia, just to ignore baggage reclaim and go straight home

I feel thst if BA (or anybody) cannot deliver the baggage tothe carousel within 2 hours one should also get £250 compensation per each case late-delivered.
That might concentrate a few management minds
