Yes, great call out on the airport transfer. We did it both ways. I often find these to be more expensive and maybe even less convenient, this however was both the market rate for a cab plus much nicer (the return was actually a Maybach van which I didn't know existed) and they pulled right up to the front door otherwise you have to haul your luggage a couple blocks to the edge of the restricted traffic old city.
