My only concern would be that PHL baggage handling times can be volatile - I've had baggage take 45 minutes to hit a baggage claim, and at other times it is there by the time I personally get to baggage claim. If you aren't checking baggage, the airport is small enough where you should have plenty of time (delays aside). If you are checking baggage, I'd try to have the gate agent at the second flight confirm your bag is onboard.
