Yesterday I downgraded my reserve to Freedom Flex as I'm eligible for a new SUB (last received early 2020). Did I make a mistake by not specifically asking for the OG Freedom like everyone else here does? What is the downside of the Flex?

Another question which I know this has been asked here and/or elsewhere but unfortunately I forgot the answer: what is the consensus on how long I need to wait after downgrading to apply again for CSR or CSP? A week or does it have to be more?
