Just back from ORD and the Flagship Lounge was a joke.
Buffet food no better than school dinner food. Severe lack of food offering and quantities.

The place was rammed and virtually no free seats.
Hot water machines for tea were all lukewarm.
Not good enough for when flying First and want to dine before you fly.
Spoke to the BA rep there and they agreed and were getting a few complaints.
Fired of a complaint to BA as well.
