We loved the hotel and staff but, as mentioned a few times in this thread, the AC was a problem. We were there in a hot, by Swiss standards, September and the AC could not keep up. The room became uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in because of this.

Otherwise, the room and the hotel itself are nicely appointed and in a great location. I'd have to strongly consider the weather before I booked here again though.
