It seems to be about 90 minutes, except if it has been a bad day, in which case they will suggest it before then.
A few years ago I was coming back from a ski trip on a Sunday evening flight and the bags weren’t off in 30 mins so I went to the baggage desk to get an update as I had to catch the last train home. To my surprise they handed me a customs form and said to fill it out and the bags would be sent by courier. Made my train journey far easier not having to haul skis around!
