That is disappointing to hear and yet I fear not to surprising. I've always had positive experiences in the ORD Flagship Lounge, but my fear is that when you add in BA and Aer Lingus flights to the mix, the lounge capacity (and thus the experience) is bound to suffer.

This trend to consolidating lounges (i.e. going from what was once two separate lounges down to one) when demand for lounge access is off the charts and higher than ever before is not a great trend...

That said, I'm not really sure what BA can do about this. Bottom line is that by lumping more flights and more eligible passengers into what is ultimately a fixed, physical space, doesn't leave a whole lot of options.
