I tend to agree with this. And once redemptions get to that level UA will not care as much if a ticket is purchased or redeemed. Which unfortunately means stratospheric international business class redemptions. Think of it like this, a 7000 USD ticket for 700,000 miles. We're pretty close to that right now in many cases.
