If they're not busy, they might do ticketing. Otherwise just the basics.

Now per agent I was talking with, some of the clubs at ATL they are supposed to deal with, especially international at E/F clubs. They have more staff to help handle.
ATL B still does ticketing support. They have different agents/machines to check people in then several agents seated behind them.
