Yes,very pleasant stay.

Booked cheapest rate and was upgraded to a Junior Suite

- How are the rooms?
Around 75 sqm large. More a proper suite than just a Junior suite.

Spacious, perfectly maintained and very comfortable.

Separated living room with seating area, desk.

Bedroom with large and very comfortable bed

2 bathrooms with bathtub and separate walk-in shower/toilets. Byredo Bal d‘Afrique amenities. Washlets.

Nespresso coffee machine.
Flat screen television set, with surprisingly very poor selection of international channels. Device to connect to Netflix.

Very quiet.
Great panoramic over the city, Bongeunsa, Hyundai I-Park Tower and Olympic stadium.

- How is the exec. lounge?
Excellent for quality of service and food offer.

Excellent breakfast with large choice, à la carte menu.
Afternoon tea.
Evening cocktail with large choice of hot and cold dishes.

Very impressed by quality of service. For example, once when I arrived late for breakfast, I took some beef. Considering that the beef on offer was no longer tender enough, a member of staff brought me some freshly prepared and tender beef without me asking for anything.

Club access also gives some specific benefits:

• Cosmopolitan Fitness Club | 3F
  (Complimentary access to sauna and swimming pool)
• Complimentary ironing service (Up to 2 items during hotel stay);
• Two-hour access to meeting room (Available upon reservation)
• Turn down service upon request (which actually was done without request).

- What was good and what was bad?

GOOD

• Service was really excellent from all members of staff.
• Location is very convenient from airport (airport limousine bus service is 5 minutes walk from hotel), and with easy access by bus or metro..
• Impressive fitness centre with large pool and sauna (free for guests with club access). Pool is definitely for swimmers (a bathing cap is required).
• Great club lounge.

Nothing.

- Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
I like very much this hotel. The product is quite different from Grand Parnas next door, but it is very solid.
Definitely a very good option in Seoul.
