So I actually got the time to set up the system (good thing as I need several VMs over the next week to test something for a client). I installed Windows and Google Earth to start. Now I won't say I stress tested it for long... but it seemed to work fine with no issue for the hour or so that I surfed on it (was installing virtualbox and youtube in the background)... will need to blow the setup away tomorrow as I need a hypervisor with a bit more kick to it, but yeah, it seemed fine.

Just in case it matters, it's a 5600H w/64Gb and 1x 1Tb + 1x 2Tb mini PC from Minisforum. Not the newest, but enough for my purposes.
