Used them a few times I never had any issues with them.. like a few others here I used it for booking hotels in Manila and Cebu.

The one thing I don't care for too much are the rewards.. when I went to Bantanyan Island I had $98 in hotels.com onekey rewards I ended up staying one night (Feb 14th) at no cost I wished they had a stronger rewards.
