I was surprised to see last week that the ticketing/ service desks at the main LGA SC are no longer there. Instead, more seating and tables have been added. Anyway, does seem like reservation help at Sky Clubs is going the way of the dodo, or MQMs.
Similar desks at the LAX SC have been removed and guests are asked to call the Medallion line or visit service counter for any ticketing / irrops help now
