B6 advertises "As the only U.S. airline with seatback screens at every seat, JetBlue takes nonstop entertainment to new heights with live TV, movies, music and unique content. All at your fingertips. All for free."

If that's not available on a flight here or there, that happens. If it works out that B6 is selling this as part of their product on planes they know don't have working in-seat IFE for many flights and have no intention of either fixing it or offering compensation, that's false advertising.
