It could be a "how are you putting in your name" issue when you try to retrieve the reservation online since sometimes the systems don't translate/transfer names over cleanly. I've run into that before where it won't pull a reservation because my first name somehow became FIRSTMIDDLE or something to that affect.

Are you trying to pull up your reservation on KLM for something specific such as seat assignments?
