Crispy rolled pork belly

More soggy than crispy, probably half mushy fat. The meat itself was really good but unfortunately there was nothing crispy about the fat so was quite unpleasant. Maybe some like it like that?

I’m told that the pasta was very nice but that the sauce was too peppery. I tried some of the sauce myself and can confirm it was a little on the peppery side. It would have been OK for me, but others may have a different view.

All in all I thought the menu was poor compared with some of the others shown recently in this thread.

Overall excellent service from the crew given we had 12 rows of CE. Full bar service prior to the meal and a tea/coffee run after the meal with drinks top ups offered. This was in contrast to the flight out the previous week.
