I disagree, at least partially. On the 748, all seat pairs, including those upstairs, are angled/pointed toward each other, such that you could be playing footsie with your seatmate. On all other widebodies, including the 359, the window pairs are configured differently (parallel to each other) and thus don't have this "feature."
